Matt has a passion for cooking as well as history, these inspired him to create this fold away cookery book stand, from the seating designs found in Viking and Celtic civilisations, often called bog chairs.
This fold away cookery book stand is ideal for holding your cookery book whilst you follow a recipe. The added benefit is that it folds away neatly afterwards, keeping you kitchen nice and tidy.
It could also be used for holding music books whilst practising an instrument.

This book stand is made from ash, a beautiful light hardwood.
Each of the book stands are made in our workshop at the end of our garden, where all sorts of creations made from wood are produced.
All of our wood comes from a UK charity dedicated to managing forests to promote biodiversity.
