Shoreline
Shoreline was inspired by my trips to the coast and way the sea manoeuvres its way in and out onto beach and shingle.
I have used painted fabric, embroidery and found objects in this work. The rust was found on one of my many walks, I have painted the fabric and embroidered over to convey a sense of movement and depth.
Every piece of art I make is unique and produced by hand, often reflecting the seasons.
Framed in a white box frame and cream mount to enhance the textures and depth.
